The old powder House Inn is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my life. Paige, the manager made us feel so welcome. The rooms were so clean and beautiful, Paige made muffins and they were amazing, They have complementary wine, water, soda, and Brandy. They put their heart and soul into this inn. I literally felt at home and I was so comfortable being here. It definitely has an amazing positive vibe and the staff kept up with us like we were family checking in and making sure we were having a good time. And the water actually gets hot in the shower. And stays hot. Had a lot of bed-and-breakfast and Airbnb‘s. I’ve had the problem of the water not getting hot and taking uncomfortable showers, but the water pressure is amazing and it stays hot. They have humidifiers in the room and AC units and it was just an overall very comfortable stay I recommend this to anyone who comes to Saint Augustine. Not only is an amazing place and they have hangouts where you actually feel welcome. They have like a living room where you can hang out and then an upstairs overlooking The street with lights and comfy chairs but the location is perfect. You can go to Barley Republic and get the mac & cheese and drink some beer and walk right back home to the Inn. I can’t recommend it enough. I’m almost afraid to post this because I don’t want anybody to take our favorite spot to stay in Saint Augustine.. Thank you so much Paige and Chase!

It is a lovely inn in a perfect location! The staff were helpful and very gracious. Our room was delightful, clean and spacious. I'd definitely recommend it and stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days. The place has great old world charm. We had everything that we needed in a place to stay. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. We didn't need to take our car anywhere. Everything was walking distance. Coffee, juice, and breakfast served in the morning. Good hot breakfast not donuts. We will definitely stay here again! Loved it. 😁
